Construction Labour Hire
Pioneer provides construction labour hire on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane that plugs straight into your programme — experienced strippers and labourers, supplied as labour-only workers under your supervision or as supervised Pioneer crews.
Strippers, labourers and leading hands
We supply experienced formwork strippers, general construction labourers and leading hands for short-term or ongoing work. Whether you need labour hire in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast, every person we send holds a white card and completes the site induction before work starts, so you are not paying for a learning curve.
- Experienced formwork strippers
- General construction labourers
- Experienced leading hands on supervised Pioneer crews
- Short-term, ongoing or project-based crew supply
Labour-only or a supervised Pioneer crew
Labour-only workers operate under the client's supervision. Supervised Pioneer crews work under an experienced Pioneer leading hand running the shift. Either way, site inductions are completed before work starts.
- Labour-only: workers operating under the client's supervision
- Supervised: a Pioneer crew with an experienced leading hand
- White card held and site induction completed before work starts
- Sized to your scope, from a few hands to a full crew
Fill the gap without the overhead
When your own labour is stretched or a job needs more hands, crew support lets you scale up without recruiting, onboarding or carrying people between jobs. You get the crew you need for the time you need them, then hand them back.
What our crews provide
Labour hire and crew support, explained
Is this just general labour hire?
No. Pioneer is a formwork stripping specialist, so the labour we supply is experienced on the strip, not generic labour learning on your site. We can also supply general construction labourers alongside strippers where the job needs it.
Can I hire labour only, or do I get a supervised crew?
Both. Labour-only workers operate under your own supervision. Supervised Pioneer crews work under an experienced Pioneer leading hand running the shift. Choose what fits your job.
How long can I keep a crew for?
Short-term, ongoing or project-based. We supply crews for a single shift, a few days, a set programme of work or an ongoing role on a long job. Tell us the scope and we size the crew to it.
Do workers complete site inductions?
Yes. Every person we send holds a white card and completes the required site induction before work starts.
What information do you need to supply a crew?
The site address, the work involved, how many people you need, when you need them and for how long. Tell us whether you want labour-only or a supervised crew and we will size it to the job.
