Strip, de-nail, sort, stack and hand back
Stripping is more than pulling formwork off. We de-nail and sort timber, stack formply and recover props and panels to the rack, then clean the deck down so it is ready for the next trade. The aim is a handover-ready finish that keeps your programme moving and your site tidy.

Supply the crew that fits your job
We can supply labour-only strippers and labourers who work under your supervision, or a supervised Pioneer crew with an experienced leading hand running the shift. Site inductions are completed before work starts.

Does Pioneer install formwork or pour concrete?
No. Pioneer specialises in formwork stripping and construction labour hire. We take formwork down, recover materials and hand the deck back ready for the next trade. We do not build formwork or place concrete.
How quickly can a stripping crew get to site?
For planned work we schedule crews to your programme. Short-notice crews are available by arrangement — contact us to confirm availability. We never confirm a crew until availability is checked.
What formwork systems do your crews work with?
Conventional timber and formply, Ischebeck (Titan) aluminium slab systems, Condor aluminium panel systems, Doka framed formwork, Dokaflex, slab tables and Dokadek, and PERI SKYDECK and GRIDFLEX. If your job uses a different system, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm whether we can support it.
Do you work on commercial, residential and industrial projects?

Do you supply labour only or a fully supervised crew?
Both. We can supply labour-only strippers and labourers who work under your supervision, or a supervised Pioneer crew with an experienced leading hand running the shift.
What information do you need to quote a strip?
The site address or suburb, the formwork system and what needs stripping, the approximate area or quantity, when you need the crew on site and how long for. Floor plans help where you have them. The more detail up front, the faster we confirm availability and pricing.
