Stripping formwork is hands-on, at-height work, so we run it properly. Pioneer crews work to site inductions, safe work method statements and harness requirements where required. Supervised Pioneer crews run under an experienced leading hand; labour-only workers operate under the client's supervision.
Inducted, harnessed and supervised
Every person we send holds a White Card, and site inductions are completed before work starts. Stripping work at height is done harnessed where required. Supervised Pioneer crews are run by an experienced leading hand, so safety decisions are made on the spot by someone who knows the job. Labour-only workers operate under the client's supervision.

Safe Work Method Statements
Stripping is high-risk construction work, so it is planned and documented. We work to Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for the stripping tasks, follow the site safety plan, and keep the deck tidy and the edges managed as the strip comes down.

A safe site is a fast site
We do not trade safety for speed. A crew that works cleanly and to method strips faster over the whole job, because nothing gets held up by an incident, a stop-work or a mess left for someone else. Safety and programme run together at Pioneer.
